430 TCP Connection timeout error in Sentry mba

Guys i have problem sentry mba show "430 tcp connection timeout" i am using window 8 genuine
i read this topic

but i dont understand what he did to solve the problem there is no Microsoft XML core in my system please help
i try every version of sentry mba but not problem solved
i check my proxies and combo one of friend system there is no problem at the end of my friend its mean proxies and combos are alright...

Athos this error showing in every site not only with paypal and what is RDP?

If you are newbie just stay away from PP and such sites.

Tip #1 why dont cropt that images .. its too big

Tip#2 check your proxies if they work and use SSL proxies ..better elite proxies.
