About forum rules and ratio ting

Imo the rules and all that ratio ting is a bit too complicated, it's killing the forum a bit. gotta find a logical better rules if you wanna keep the forum alive admins.

I want to answer ppl that make a lot of questions here but I'm kind afraid because, I can be banned for reply them.

I was legacy member before, but I lost my status because I was searching for an rapidgator account but all threads I replied had dead accounts, so I kept searching.

I even updated their threads to let them know account was dead, but seems someone from staff saw this as spamming or low quality replies.

even when I was diamond and I did this I got a warning from staff Ops, if first thread had an account at good stand I would not reply more than once.

Anyway, Jacob seems to be a decent guy and he prob knows the best for forum.
