This looks super useful, thanks. Do we know how updated these versions are compared to the most recent, and whether there are any advantages to these over others? Also... I'm using on a Mac OS X, this should best be run through either Virtual Box via Linux or via Windows? Right? Maybe even through an RDP/VPN.
