Can someone tell me how to properly use a CC you can buy off a site?

Yes, you can easily use the card all you need to do is match the IP, set the user-agent and timezone as well
Depends on bins some bins you don't need owner address to buy products. ex some master cards bins don't require an address. some visa work like this also but not all. Some cc require you to have socks 5 to match the address so they think your in the same areas the cc holder. So using a cc you find online can be easy and sometime difficult depending on your experience. this is just a sample i could explain more just don't have the time atm. hopefully you read some guides in the forum
