Implemented Configs threads

My Point is when some one post a config of any site he put info of it like this
type : proxyless - proxy - Api
proxy type : (https - socks5 or 4)
Capture : No - Yes ( What Capture )
Bot : 1 - 1000
combo type : Emai:Pass or User:Pass

Added new thread fields (checkbox and input field for max bot), it's mandatory in order to submit a new thread in the configs forum.
