Is it SSD or HDD?
Don't quite understand the prices. What do the GB / TB prices mean? Is that for bandwidth or storage space?

May I ask what do you mean by: "not affecting the server perfomance" ? If you mean using too much CPU why would that matter if it's a dedicated server.

And my next question would be: can I use SEO software on it? Proxies would be used all the time so the servers IP is completely safe.

There are other users on the server, so it's not allowed to use 100% of CPU.
