    Here's a review :

Kepard VPN prevents your data from being hacked and at the same time grants you access to sites that are banned at your work, school and to regionally-restricted sites. By assigning you a new IP address, your identity remains anonymous and protected. It’s servers are located in USA, UK, Canada, Germany and Netherlands, which means you can use IP addresses from any of these countries.
This VPN service gives you the choice of using OpenVPN, L2TP and PPTP protocols with unlimited traffic and unrestricted speeds. Compatibility will not be an issue as the service works on Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Android and iOs (iPhone/iPad) devices. Kepard also offers a brilliant app for Android which will protect all the data on your phone, letting you pick any country or IP of your choice.
Kepard provides its customers with easy-to-use software and you can likewise configure your VPN connection manually by inputting your account login information into your VPN client:

UPDATE : After successfully registed and installed this VPN, you have to log in. After that, you'll get connected automatically via PPTP but you have to disconnect cause it's not working.

All you gotta do is head over to settings and then click "Change VPN Protocol" and tick either "Open VPN TCP" or "Open VPN UDP" and click "save".
