Help with a amazon refund

    Can someone help me please? Amazon is refusing to refund my order that I placed on my legit person account. I got this in a email back from them.

    Hello from Amazon.com,
    We are sorry to hear that you have not received your merchandise from order ########. USPS tracking #########73 shows it was delivered. Amazon.com is not able to resolve shipping problems after delivery, as outlined in our 'Conditions of Use', noted under 'Risk of Loss' online:

    'All items purchased from Amazon.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.'
