Help with config sentry json

Today i have create a config but found problem for post data (json)
debug data :

how to Create post data json ?? [ ]
Can someone help me?

There's a dropdown menu in the magic wand section on the right hand side. I think it's defaulted as "Post", click the drop down and select "Post - JSON". You'll see it, I don't have sentry open, but shouldn't be too hard to find.
