How to bypass venmo security measures? (question)

I was recently able to gain access to someone's email, which also allowed me to gain access to their venmo, but when I tried to log in it said I need a confirmation text and I don't have any access to their phone number. Can someone please show me a way to bypass this? (Preferably without software because I don't have a PC)
