    Okey hello everbody, and I see there is a lot of tutorials, and there are some crazy themes, and I am ask me Why I should not to try, to get up with likes, and posts to I can get permissions, okay and I want to start with this tutorial...
    Okay, there is video, on youtube, how to do this:

    ------------------------------------------------------------------
    Now I will type here how to do this...
    1. Open notepad, and copy text from pastebin: http://pastebin.com/BfTeLjCJ
    then go into notepad, and paste it there and from File menu of notepad choose Save as. Give a cleancookies.bat name to file and save it on Desktop...
    =============================
    2. Again do same process and for this but, in notepad, paste this text from pastebin: http://pastebin.com/aMbVT2rH
    Save it as cleantemp.bat
    ============================
    3.Again same process, and new text (code) from pastebin: http://pastebin.com/cgjubNq1
    Save this one as cleanprefetch.bat
    ===========================
    Now only you must run it, and that is it..
    If it works, Like this and +rep :) Thank you <3

    or you can use ccleaner because it's free and fast? also ccleaner can scrub sensitive areas so data cannot be recovered.
