I think i fucked up....

    So i wanted to SE Fitbit, i'll tell a little back story.

    At first everything was fine, i got an email about order everything was fine.. and me being a dumbass i asked will i get a free shipping and they canceled my order and said i will get a new one.. few days passed i didn't get any email about it.. today i contacted live support chat and they said "Our higher support department is handling your issue."

    I'm like wtf, is police handling my issue wtf?!
    My excuse was, Charge HR is not turning on and i can't charge it..


    So i have no idea what did they mean by Our higher support department is handling your issue.

    What do you guys think? please no trolling

    Stay calm and wait. Let them deal with it and get back to you. If its something bad, then ignore them and try again with another account.

    They won't do shit lol. Also, they don't send any emails for shit. Just try again with another account.
