Right it bro,they are just here to took some checkers/configs and combos,i saw that they just share already shared combo!They are doing it to reach damn likes to can reply on some sections :(

Not much we can do, actually i'm only moderator who is looking after forum. These days i'm bussy because i'm on vacation, so it's hard to keep eyes on forum if i'm only moderator. There will always be leechers, you can't change that. Only if you close forum and add one or two new moderators

A forum without leechers is essentially a dead forum. Imagine what would happen if you have 20 guys posting fucktons of accounts and no one replies to them. Those 20 guys would realize that posting accounts is futile without anybody to take them.

But now you have the day one people or the people that posted quality stuff on here afraid to post or posting elsewhere because they have to worry about leechers sharing their work somewhere else or just changing the passwords to everything.

This is a smart idea but when users post on threads not related to free accounts or combo related, like this thread here, does that also go toward your post count? Is there going to be a change on that?

We do need another mod i notice a lot of people posting banned stuff or leaching.

Every post will be counted. However, you may get likes for general threads which not related to free accounts or combos, so you shouldn't be afraid from increasing your messages at all.
