laptop or pc?

what would you choose, laptop or pc? I personally like laptops as i can carry them around but i would choose pc for more fps in games and other stuff

If you have a small budget, do not buy a laptop because it will have a lag but, if it stays in one place and, you dont have a lot of money buy PC
