There was a core keygen for older versions. Maybe you can find one for the latest version as well.

On Mac search for PLIST-files associated with Monkey Office, on Windows have a look at the appdata dir and the registry. Maybe there's a local record for counting the executions. If so, delete and block internet connections to the publisher. That's an easy approach that works from time to time. Just did that with Proxifier until I could by it.

Else I would have to take a look at it myself first though there are more experienced guys here for sure.

Is there any "legal.txt" or something like this in ~/Library/Application Support/(...)?

If you have not upgraded to Monterey yet, get the app "AppCleaner" and activate "Smart Delete" in options. Afterwards send MonkeyOffice to trash. The AppCleaner will open a window listing all files associated to MonkeyOffice. Maybe you find something interesting. Else I can have a look at it on the next weekend.

./edit
Maybe check the last KCNcrew Pack, too. Latest version should have been released about two weeks ago.
