Duplicate Not Allowing To Trade Or Sell If An Active Scam Report Is Open

Self explainatory..

I suggest if a scam report is open against a member be it normal user / vip / solitaire / elite or for that matter any rank


that member should not be allowed to buy / sell / trade anything on the forums..Its for the safety of users.Maybe if an alert shows in the profile of that member for that period untill the dispute is resolved it would let everybody know what is happening..

Have seen a few members making new sell threads while a scam report is open..

I hope my idea doesnt bring in much heat..Its for the betterment of every member..Old or new..
