when i run my openbullet, it only gives me error and ban results, like 50/100 per second. what can this mean?

I am on a VPN.
its a free combolist, but that should still not make it error.
and, the console gets spammed with: BAN (combo)(proxy)
plus, all the combos get marked as ToCheck.
