Posting Random Stuff/Items?

Hello,

I have seen many new/old members posting random stuff like free accounts and posting configs/tools without checking them to get fast ratio without follow rules

What is your opinion?

My opinion? Banned without warning

Prevent them from receiving promotion even if they meet the requirements.

I'm just new here and in my opinion sir, It's better to get warning first because sometimes there are really honest beginners that miss some rules.
