Based from my experience, proxies help quite a bit. Some accounts cant be cracked with location based login verify

I use a home proxy to bypass filtering at work.
My wife uses it as well, she is even more filtered.
Since it's hosted in the same city, speeds are fairly good, since it is my own bandwidth that I'm using
