I have started to crack ryushare and followed many tutorials.I only get free accounts and I also need a way to get good proxies and word list.i tried different word lists from this forum and other as well but I only get a few free accounts not premium out of thousands.any help?

The thing is that I don't know which program to use for proxies.I want the one which is easy and best cuz there are many program's.
I don't have an idea how to get fresh combo lists.Lists posted on forums are quite old
