Should I worry about Security Gmail Account Emails?

I recieved this email on all my gmail accounts ( 4 ) singed on same device. I ran AVG scan, it shows my device is secure. Should I worry then?

I have my funds in crypto wallets and exchanges app in my phone so I'm worried.

And any suggestions for apps which can deeply scan my phone?
