Thanks viper but sadly v2.3.1 is not working on my x86 win7 :(
i tried to install .net framework 4.7.2 but installation failed due to a bad condition of my pc , so not sure about reasons. :(

SOTRM is not working fine on Windows 7 as it should, i prefer to install Windows 8/10
