Suggestions for getting more information about an instagram account?

Any ideas for how I might be able to find more info about specific instagram accounts? I'm trying to figure out who's behind some accounts, they're small local accounts. I've been able to get the first and last letters of the email and last 2 of the phone number but that hasn't aided me much. I'm hoping to find basically the name behind it, and the email would be a good starting place. If anyone has any ideas, lmk. No malicious intents here really, I just need to know.
