There must be other way to "protect" from leeching. And I am talking about that forced reply system, which makes this forum full of "thanks", "nice job" replies. Is it that hard to think of something different and something else that does not make forum look like absolute garbage?

And that will work how? Sincerily i don't reply anything else either if i'm interested in the content..it's not like i could reply any other thing since i don't even see the content to reply about it's quality etc.

Just have a rule that there needs to be more than one word answers for replies, a set word limit. Also change it so there's a rule that forces people to post and get involved and if they don't then they lose access to accounts and things. Restricting access by requiring posting high quality posts will surely liven things up a bit.

How can you post smth HQ if the content you're interested about it's hidden until you reply ?
And what can you reply to " 1 amazon account with 5000$" other than "thanks" ?

I don't see why people are upset over the new rules, I like knowing that the HQ content isn't being leaked out when they are active members posting HQ things for likes instead of people begging for things.
