Unpack eazfuscator +net reactor

Hello,
I use Detect It Easy to find packer of the file. It shows the file is protected by Eazfuscator and .net reactor 4.8-4.9.
I try [Lamp-Ret.Fun]_De4Dot's pack but still not able to unpack the file.
Could anyone else please tell me how to unpack this file.
