I have access to my imtoken app but I’ve lost the mnemonics and password but I still have access to the app via my mobile. Can something be done or can I access the internal memory of my iPhone?

What does still having access to the app mean? In case you can access the wallet, you can export the mnemonic, too. In case you can only start the app, good luck with guessing the password you have chosen ... extracting the key files from the iPhone is difficult though possible. At least you can try your luck and contact KeychainX.

Could I get help extracting the files. Like guidance. I can’t afford to send my phone to them and it’s a mobile wallet. Imtoken specifically. So I can still access it to view my assets but can’t transfer or export anything due to loss of password.

Try to guess the password - there is no limit, you can try as often as you want.

I cannot guide you through data extraction all the way, just do some research. Lookout for a working jailbreak fo your OS version or other software letting you access the data storage directly. Start with iMazing which is probably the most easy to use one and if it does not work try another software...

If it is your phone, it should not be that difficult to get all the way through to the app data. If you are lucky, you may find the private key file. But I would not be surprised if that one is encrypted by the app as well ...

In case there is a slight chance, try all passwords you have ever used first ... as said, you can try as often as you want - there is NO auto-delete or such on imToken.

I can access to the extent of seeing my tokens but I can’t transfer them. I did try imazing. Dunno how to extract the files from the app on iOS is so confusing. I did get here. I have no idea what I’m looking at though… could I get a contact to send you something I found in the system file. An email would be ok and no other responses are forthcoming
