Willing to pay for help! SQLi Dumper problem

So i'v started using SQLi Dumper again, like week ago, and everything worked fine as usual. I got experience with this program as I was using it in past. But after reinstalling OS/changing VM, I bumped into this new problem that never happened before.

Scanning takes forever...

Yesterday I got just 200+ URL's added in like 1 hr. From which none were good...

That never happened for me, i used to get like 20-30k URL's overnight easy.

I already checked: proxy is disabled

Maybe someone knows how to fix this?

Bought RDP/VPS, but still almost the same problem:

Installed .NET framework 3.5.1 feature on server. Nothing changed
