always lose my motivation on gym

what make you motivate for regular gym ?

i want to do exercise regular but after few days always loose my motivation.

I can't imagine how you can lose motivation. Yes, when you go to the gym sometimes you don't want to, but when you start working out, and especially after the gym, you feel great and your head works better and your blood circulation improves and your body feels good and you have huge motivation for anything.
