Not planned An option to enable All users

While posting a thread (especially cracking tools) .. there should be an option to select whether the file will be available to only basic members and above or the file will be available to all users. I see many tools being leeched as the ratio system is not applied to "Cracking Tools" Section.

Actually I want my tool to be available only to "Basic members" and above.

It can be posted in Active Area if the thread author wants to limit access to active members only. This area will be restricted for members with X credits.
