Depends. I prefer Windows as there are more software available for it, while much less for Mac OS. Though, Mac OS is much smoother and rarely ever crashes.

I prefer Mac OS because of the lack of crashing and also the interface is just better overall, but Windows is defiantly better for anything that requires you to run third-party applications because most are made for windows and aren't compatible.
