Best way to access from other address

Hey guys... which one is best for accessing a content from an other address, a VPN, which the full traffic will pass through it, or an Elite Proxy?

Ie, I mean best, as in case of speed... as I know VPN could be very slow... and will work in same way that an elite proxy should work... or now? How is your experience?

You can use an easy proxy, such as Ghost VPN, it's free (with a waiting time) but it works.

I've not had issues with speed, unless you're trying to upload.

I guess if you want a VPN with great speed, you'd need to fork out a lot of money for something like that with a good connection.
