Implemented Buy access to sections?

So after browsing this forum for a short amount of time I think I have got my head around the ratio system and how it works.

However, would it not be easier just to allow VIP/people to donate/purchase the ability to access the combo/database section?

Or is this even a thing already?

I agree. I'm new to this forum too but can understand that people Google and end up here, create account, get information that they wanted and leave. At least if the option to pay was there then it would allow people like myself to get what i need but still contribute to site
