I am looking for a way to bypass the Amazon account, which is exposed to an OTP to a phone number, do any of you know?

As far as I know there is no easy way to bypass the 2FA of an Amazon account. Most of the common workarounds, like reset with a token received by mail, are not supported and old-fashioned brute force will raise flags causing a temporary account ban. Without the phone number or access to the owner's OTP-app, there are very view options left:
1) get access to owner's device on which the login is active or on which the OTP-app is installed.
2) SE the victim, e.g. by phone.
3) Phishing using tools like Evilginx.
4) SE the Amazon support to reset the login method.
The last point is the "official way". There is a special upload area on the website where you can upload documents proofing that you are the legitimate account owner. In case the support accepts the identification documents, the 2FA will be deactivated. But that process takes a few days and you need access to the e-mail account as well.
