crc reverse engineering

Hello Guys, we have some old hardware from 20 years ago and no one knows how the CRC check calculation works.
The string is comma delimited and each bit of data starts with a letter, the data follows the first letter.
the ",X" "XB4" we are guessing is the checksum. The Y is the date and time. The rest of the data does not change except for the X field. The only two bits of data that change is the Y and X.

Can anyone give me any clues as to what type of CRC checks is used?
