My advice as i 42 years old:
1- send private warning
2- send public warning
3- use polite words (for first and second warning) - (i think as a MOD you have to teach people how choose the words)
4- when the accounts shared: each account have 10 GCoin Balance: by the way i have two eyes .

People know me as Angel, i developed SEANux when was people happy that they use kali

You don't have any proofs that you shared accounts with balance. I fixed your LQ thread title and warned you because I've been noticing that you post LQ threads with unclear titles... Your thread contains no capture or info about accounts (only email: password) and it've been reported as free by @nefarious . Don't be sad young man, it's just a report and moved the thread to archive, even if they were with balance they're not now and I have to archive the thread.
And about the warning, it was about another thread, you can check your inbox .
Don't be upset, it's my job to keep forum clean
