Even though I am new to the forum I have some suggestions that can be made to increase user activity and overall site growth.
1). For Diamond subscriptions offer something a bit better, while you do get more features when upgrading the features themselves aren't really that good and can be seen as something that free members can get with some work.
2). Renovate the forum itself, a lot of forums follow this same layout where at the home screen the shoutbox is right in your face then threads and subs are beneath, something should be added to make it more enticing and stand out from other forums.
Will add some more stuff If I get to thinking about some more stuff.
