Implemented Disable chatbot in chatbox

Would be much cleaner, and create the atmosphere to have quick chats with members in the chat

You can create a Private Message which you can send to another member. Having a separate chat box for private talking defeats the purpose of having Private Message. It is also created to have general discussions.
