Dorks for specific sites How to create !?

Well as the title tells all i'm looking for somone that can make a tutorial or show me how to create dorks for specific sites, for exemple i wanna target walmart, most will tell me use dorks for shopping sites , ok yeah nothing new but how to create dorks only for shopping sites... i wanna learn how to make dorks brings data bases to target the site i wanna crack.
