Not planned Elite and other advanced ranks primissions

I think it will be good idea to give Elite, Basic Cracker, Cracking Team primissions ti see Diamond and VIP section so moderators don't need to move are threads from preview. After all there is no a lot of members with those ranks.

I'm suggesting this becuse of I posted account day ago and they are still in preview section.

Cracking Team Can See VIP Section ! When Jacob/Sneijder Think The Blahblah Member Would Be Good To Have Permission To Them, They Will Promote Him

And Preview Sections Are Usefull Forums ! We First Check Threads And Then Move Them If There's No Problem With Them! We Will Move Threads When We Can ! I Don't Know About The Time Of Other Mods! But I'm So Busy This Days (Exams)
