Did you ever had that error when using ExpressVPN?
Well, I'll show you how to fix it!
First of all, disconnect from the internet.
Then go to EVPN and connect, still having internet off.
Now just turn internet on and watch the magic happen!

I'm using Express VPN on my router and not using the app. So I don't understand this method. Like how can you go to EVPN ( website?) When the net is off?
