Films and Series HD with english subtitles

Hey guys, I've had difficulties in the past to find website to stream films and series in hd (720p) in english and with english subtitles, I have now a lot of these websites that I would like to share with you :

They almost all work the same but it is useful to have multiple of those so you can switch between them if there is not a subtitle you want or if the quality is not high enough !
