Get Info's for Dropbox out of iTunes Backup

Hey guys,
I like to 'help' people to get the systems (Computer, Smartphones, etc) running and i catch myself all important Data like iTunes Backups (i prefer them) and some other Stuff.
Is it possible to Catch usefull Data from the 'database.sqlite's ?
