Help a newbie with Open bullet "processing block: request"

Hi guys i'm new in this "world" and i'm trying to use and understand Openbullet, do you have any guite to follow? actually im trying a lot of combos, configs and i bought proxies but im not getting hits, most of the time it says "processing block: request" and i really don't know what to do, i turned off my firewall but nothing happens
