Help trying to understand the type of Hash

I got a 2k Combo from an Italian site but I cant understand the hash

It's like this: 61a4c2fa639e26de101269dbe28a8fc5:59
The part before ":" is md5 and is crackable but does the 59 at the end matter? Is this part of password? Or Is it salt(I think not).
