Help with kohls

Hello,

I really really tried to work out with kohls for 4 days, but I can not how to work with this one now. So I really really need help. I tried to search all information in the internet but useless and luckily, I found this forum. Please help.

Sometime it works with failure key, sometime not, and when I tried to get succesful log in, It shows nothing or get some error but I don't know resolve and how to resolve with it.

It cannot grab cookie by analyze button, so I take it manually, put it in and make refresh.
