Hi guy, i have come to this place to learn and get help with one small program that is bothering me, that program being HQPlayer . Up untill a short while ago this program was easily cracked(same day) then R2R released their version it came with a dongle emulator, what could be more perfect every release in the version 4 family should be cracked.
Sadly this was not the case the emulator would not work with the new versions, and to rub salt into the wounds the protection was changed and now it cannot be cracked(did R2R sell us out?)
Now i know nothing about cracking but i am really good at puzzles and patterns, i had a quick look inside the dongle emulator with notepad and found the machine id and the serial, i copied the serial and made an xml file i then used the register function of the program and it accepted the key, but only with the emulator file in place, in its uncracked form the serial doesn't work. The emulator changes the machine id to a standard one for all computers there has to be a way to use this emulator on other versions(why else would R2R go through so much trouble)
Anyway i love music, Magic fishing camping and sticking to the man when i can, I know R2R have given up the secret in there crack! anyone interested in this project?
