How do you deal with 420 SSL Handshake when you need to use proxies?

How do you deal with 420 SSL Handshake when you need to use proxies because rate limiting?

I tried few solutions like ProxyCap + HTTP Analyzer, worked for me for while then all of sudden stopped working.


For the past 8 hours im trying to figure this out and im running out of ideas.
