how does the ratio work

my ratio is at 0.91 and i want to know if that is bad or am i doing good also i would like to know if the ratio goes up does it mean im gonna get banned or what ? pls someone help me on this one

i believe from what i read its good because its green.... once it turns red it starts being bad... with the more threads you create the better your ratio should be...
