How to code your own proxy scraper

A pretty easy task actually but most of the people are still using shady tools such as X-SLAYER Leecher and others. Most of the public tools contain malware anyways so you have to use a sandbox or virtual machine.
But both of them waste performance - so why not code your own tools?
