How to download white pages database?

Hi everyone i was wondering if anyone might know how i might go about downloading the whole white pages database for Australia including Tasmania into a csv file or something similar. Or maybe you have a list of names and adress of people living in Australia. It would have to be a resent database though and not a old one. Thanks to any one who can help.

AU Whitepages is FAR from everyone in Australia. It hasn't been an authorative source for decades, and only has one person per house's details generally. You have to opt-in to it now, so it's probably only got 10% of AU's on it tops.

Also most Aussies not don't have landlines, so most only have mobiles. Getting a full country database is almost impossible, even if you had latitude data you'd be closer, but not there. Even govt sources are asking for that kind of data in AU. IMHO the only group with possibly a whole list is REA group, maybe Telstra, but even then some data would be stale. Even ID match (govt dataset) you can't even access everything as gov agency.
